Objective

The American Accounting Association Foundation’s Two-Year Bridge Symposium aims to equip two-year college students with accounting content, community, and professional resources as they navigate their educational and career choices in the accounting field. Collaborating with organizations like the Center for Audit Quality, Deloitte Foundation, EY Foundation, KPMG, and PwC, the symposium will offer a comprehensive one-day program focused on:

  • Opportunities in the Accounting Profession
  • Transitioning to Four-Year Institutions
  • Professional Licensure Exams and Planning
  • Scholarships and Professional Resources

The symposium will be held in-person on November 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the offices of Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC in selected cities. Attendees will be assigned to offices based on their location and will join the symposium at the designated office. The Lead Sponsors (Deloitte Foundation, EY Foundation, KPMG, and PwC) will generously cover the cost of meals and other program expenses, while the Center for Audit Quality, a Supporting Sponsor, will fund the approved travel expenses.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
